Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. 

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items clearly marked "Final Sale" on the product page, and gift cards, cannot be returned or refunded.

To start a return, initiate the process in your account or email us with your order number and we will send return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend a tracked method, as we can't be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you. 

We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the original for a refund and place a new order.
